For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
Oil for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2–3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
For the Slaw:
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
For Serving:
8 small tortillas (corn or flour)

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, soak shrimp in buttermilk for 10–15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Remove shrimp from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F. Fry shrimp for 2–3 minutes until golden, crispy, and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
Toss shrimp lightly in the sauce until coated.
In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and lime juice to make the slaw.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
Assemble tacos: add slaw, top with bang bang shrimp, and drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
Serve immediately with lime wedges.
