1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
For the Cajun Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Salt & pepper to taste
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley (chopped)

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Pat steak pieces dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Return steak bites to the pan and toss in the garlic butter until fully coated. Remove and set aside.
In a separate pan (or same pan after removing steak), melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes until thick and creamy.
Add steak bites back into the sauce or serve the sauce drizzled over the steak.
