1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt & black pepper to taste

2–3 tbsp sriracha (adjust heat level)
1 tbsp butter
For the Cinnamon Maple Butter:
1/4 cup softened butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Step-By-Step Cooking Instructions:
In a bowl, soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 10–15 minutes (or longer for extra tenderness).
In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F. Fry chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden, crispy, and cooked through. Set aside.
Prepare waffles by mixing waffle batter ingredients and cooking according to your waffle maker instructions until golden and fluffy.
In a small saucepan, melt butter, then stir in honey and sriracha. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix softened butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon to create cinnamon maple butter.
Assemble: Place waffles on a plate, top with crispy chicken, drizzle with honey sriracha sauce, and add a dollop of cinnamon maple butter.
Serve immediately and enjoy that perfect sweet, spicy, and buttery combo.
